Deputyship Application Help

You may not be aware that once your child reaches the age of eighteen you will have no legal authority to make decisions for them. Professionals in the health and social care system will be able to make decisions about what is best for your son or daughter without asking you.

We may be able to help

We can support you to make an application to the Court of Protection that could enable you to become a ‘Deputy’ and have the right to make the decisions you believe to be the best for your loved one.

We will:
1.Explain what you need to do at
   everystage.
2.Help you to fill out all necessary
   forms.
3.Provide advice and support throughout
what can often be a complex and
   lengthy process.

Saving time and money

We have a team of experienced and knowledgeable staff who have been advising people with disabilities and their families for over 10 years.  We would like to put our empathy and expertise to work for you.

Whilst we would like to be able to offer this service for nothing we are, at present, not able to do so.  We can however offer this service for £750.  Many solicitors charge much more substantial fees for this kind of work.
