The charity is a company limited by guarantee. The name of the company changed to Diverse Abilities Plus Ltd on 1st July 2009.

The 2009 AGM was held on 23rd Sept 2009. All motions were passed. We welcomed Dr Angela Cunningham and Mr Russell Toms to the Trustees and marked the retirement of Treasurer Danny Knight after 3 busy years.

The 2008 AGM was held on 24th September 2008. All motions were passed. We welcomed Ann Hughes (Langside Chair of Governors) to the Trustees and marked Maureen Panton's retirement after 22 years.
